Obviously I am very happy but for me this is one of the very few occasions when I think both Vendor and Buyer are happy with all aspects of the transaction including price. As a matter of principle I never give anyone the maximum number of stars so the best I can do is say 4.5 stars. Let me know if there is any more information you require.
