We regret to inform you that due to retirement MJA is now closed.
Manufacturer Warranty
If you purchased a car in the last few months and have a warranty issue, please check if it is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
If it is, please ensure you have followed the manufacturer’s schedule for inspection and servicing.
If so, contact the local main dealer for assistance.
AutoTrust Warranty:
For those of us with an AutoTrust warranty, ensure you have adhered to the manufacturer’s schedules for inspections and servicing then;
Take your vehicle to a VAT registered dealership and ask them to contact the warranty department on 0344 573 8002 with the following information:
• The warranty number (shown on the policy schedule)
• Your vehicle registration number
• The date the part failed and the vehicle’s mileage at that time
• A detailed estimate of the repair costs
Please ensure no work is carried out until authorisation has been given by AutoTrust Warranty.
