We had an idea of what we wanted when we arrived but ended up not getting that, Michael helped us with our decision but not once did we feel pressurised. The whole procedure of exchanging my Lexus for a Toyota Auris in my view could not have been accomplished without the ‘ beyond the call of duty’ provided by Matt which made it so painless and easy for me. Obviously I am very happy but for me this is one of the very few occasions when I think both Vendor and Buyer are happy with all aspects of the transaction including price. Thankfully the warranty from Autotrust provided by MJA, the costs were covered for the engine to be replaced. The support and care provided by MJA and Autotrust were totally amazing. Having the warranty gave me total peace of mind when the unexpected happens."
