Peter, the salesman, was friendly, patient and willing to answer any questions and I felt under no pressure to buy or make a decision that day. The car I bought was in very good condition with low mileage and the price was fair. I was asked to phone if I needed any after sales help with anything and I received a follow-up call the next week to check that everything was ok. I felt I could trust this dealership to be honest and upfront."

The whole procedure of exchanging my Lexus for a Toyota Auris in my view could not have been accomplished without the ‘ beyond the call of duty’ provided by Matt which made it so painless and easy for me. Obviously I am very happy but for me this is one of the very few occasions when I think both Vendor and Buyer are happy with all aspects of the transaction including price. As a matter of principle I never give anyone the maximum number of stars so the best I can do is say 4.5 stars. Let me know if there is any more information you require. I have tried to send a similar statement to CarGurus but could not find a way to actually send it so if you wish to send them the above I have no objections."
