After having spent a couple of days at the larger dealerships in Guildford my experience with him was like a breath of fresh air. He was comsummately professional and at no point did I feel pressurised to make a decision on the car. He went way and beyond in helping me with my purchase, including independently sourcing boot mats and dog barriers for the boot which was extremely helpful. Once I had decided to buy the car he assisted me all the way through the buying process and was very patient with my endless questions! The whole procedure of exchanging my Lexus for a Toyota Auris in my view could not have been accomplished without the ‘ beyond the call of duty’ provided by Matt which made it so painless and easy for me. Obviously I am very happy but for me this is one of the very few occasions when I think both Vendor and Buyer are happy with all aspects of the transaction including price. As a matter of principle I never give anyone the maximum number of stars so the best I can do is say 4.5 stars. Let me know if there is any more information you require. I have tried to send a similar statement to CarGurus but could not find a way to actually send it so if you wish to send them the above I have no objections."
