He chatted about what I neede and why, price range and then looked up what was available over their sites that fitted the bill. A test drive was arranged and I was a happy bunny!. I love the fact that James wasn't pushy, patronising or heavy on the sales patter. He looked at what I needed / wanted and let the car sell itself. Slightly disappointed it does not have cruise control nor heated seats like my Kia and there is no sat nav. I find it a looser engine than my Kia and has more punch. All in all I rate MJA very highly indeed for buying a first class 2nd hand car."
