This I feel MJA should have supplied. MJA response; Mr Cox, I am sorry your car was supplied with one key and glad you are now happy that MJA have arranged for a second key to be supplied and contributed towards the cost. I hope you enjoy you new car."

I also wanted to express my thanks for the way you dealt with my original approach and your promptness in dealing with any queries along the way. The final speeding up of the preparation which allowed me to collect on Tuesday rather than wednesday following the lockdown announcement was particularly helpful."
