The whole procedure of exchanging my Lexus for a Toyota Auris in my view could not have been accomplished without the ‘ beyond the call of duty’ provided by Matt which made it so painless and easy for me. Obviously I am very happy but for me this is one of the very few occasions when I think both Vendor and Buyer are happy with all aspects of the transaction including price. As a matter of principle I never give anyone the maximum number of stars so the best I can do is say 4.5 stars. Let me know if there is any more information you require.
